Perhaps the most important question prospective customers ask is, "How much do you charge?” Unfortunately, there's not an easy answer since every home is unique and we price the service according to your individual house and needs. We take into account the number of rooms, size and condition of the property, and several more factors in estimating your house cleaning rate.

For the initial cleaning we charge an hourly rate of $50 per hour plus GST with 3 hours minimum. If the 3 hours are insufficient to clean your home, you will be asked to pay additional $50 plus GST for every hour thereafter. After the initial cleaning, if you decide to become a regular customer, you will be given a flat rate.
